Return, Cancelation & Refund Policies

We stand behind the quality of our products and build gear for real hunters and outdoorsmen. Because many of our products are used in the field and some are personal-use items, we’ve set clear guidelines to keep things fair for everyone.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not shipped or entered processing. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can let us know of your decision by e-mail at nativetonguegamecalls@gmail.com

Calls & Hunting Products

Due to hygiene and outdoor use:

  • Mouth (diaphragm) calls are final sale once shipped.

  • All other calls (pot, box, tube, crow, predator, etc.) may only be returned if:

    • The item is defective,

    • Damaged during shipping, or

    • The wrong item was sent.

    • Returns must be unused, in original condition, and approved before being sent back.

Apparel & Merchandise

  • Hats, shirts, stickers, and other merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition

  • Custom, limited run, or clearance items are final sale unless defective.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped and is in the carrier’s hands, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or theft, but we will assist with tracking when possible.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please reach out to us by e-mail nativetonguegamecalls@gmail.com

Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
