Order Processing Quick Facts

Processing Days: Monday through Friday only
No Weekend Processing: Orders aren’t packed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST are usually prepped for shipment the next business day
Late Friday Orders: If your order lands after 3:30 PM Friday, we’ll get to it on Monday

Shipping Methods We Use

We currently ship with USPS Priority Mail® and UPS Ground®.

USPS Priority Mail®: 3–7 business days
UPS Ground®: 2–5 business days

Free Shipping Promo, when offered, is for orders over $60 (before taxes & any applicable fees).
Free Shipping Promo orders ship USPS Priority Mail®.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed.
Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier’s control.
