Order Processing Quick Facts

Processing Days: Monday through Friday only
No Weekend Processing: Orders aren’t packed or shipped on Saturdays or Sunday.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST are usually prepped for shipment the next business day
Late Friday Orders: If your order lands after 3:30 PM Friday, we’ll get to it on Monday

Shipping Methods We Use

We currently ship exclusively with UPS:
Shipping Option Estimated Delivery Time Notes
UPS Ground Saver 2–7 business days. Starts from Monday if placed after Friday cutoff
UPS Ground 2–5 business days. Same Monday start applies after Friday 3:30 PM.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed.
Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Once a package leaves our hands, it's in UPS’s control.
